📍Discovery Park of America’s “Let It Glow” in West Tennessee

We had a fun time with friends seeing all the Christmas lights & visiting Santa & Mrs.Claus!

We had been to the Discovery Park of America, but this was our first time at their Christmas celebration & it did not disappoint! Only $5/person to walk through! And visiting with Santa was free! Take your own photos!

For my local friends, this is only 1 hour & 45 minutes from Cape! Worth it for the BEST Santa experience we’ve ever had! 🎅🏼🤶🏼🎄

We did our first float for my husband’s business

We did our first float for my husband’s business in the Christmas Parade of Lights yesterday! It came out SO CUTE!! We were reindeer in the forest roasting giant marshmallows! 🦌 🔥 🎄

It was so fun! …..until my toes got run over by the truck 😳 LITERALLY. I went to refill a candy bag from the truck bed and the tire rolled over my toes!! I just kept smiling & pretending it was fine, until it wasn’t 🤣 and I had to get back on the float because I couldn’t walk anymore! I smiled & waved until the end anyway 😆 I’m on crutches now 👵🏻 but feeling thankful it was me & not one of the kids, and also that I was wearing somewhat sturdy boots!

ANYWAY, looking forward to the Christmas parade in my hometown next weekend, where I’ll be sitting safely on the float 😂

A before & after of my little forager! Well, I guess this is an “after & before” so swipe for the before 😁

Cropped for a better composition (and to get rid of my foot!), warmed it way up & added contrast. Then lots of radial & linear gradients to bring the focus to the right place!
